Two Rappahannock soccer teams went head to head last Friday. The Yellow Jackets, the U-10 boys’ team coached by Jeff Hazel and Anders Drew faced off against Coach Steve Lee’s St. Peter’s U-10 team.
Amidst the rain, these two teams played hard. The rain made the ball very slick and difficult to control. At the start of the game the Yellow Jackets wrent ahead first. Robbie Adams made a great kick scoring a goal. Seth Wayland played goal all the game for St. Peters and did a good job defending the Yellow Jackets’ tough shots.
