State Sen. Virgil Goode carried his campaign for the Democratic Party nomination to Rappahannock County Saturday for a reception at Montpelier. The reception sponsored by James W. Fletcher and J.W. Fletcher III, Elizabeth and Robert Haskell and Douglas Baumgardner attracted a crowd that included Democrats, Republicans and independents.
