Thank God the authorities are finally
doing something to crack down on the motorcyclists on the “racetrack” near Sperryville. It’s a good start but it has to be expanded to Fodderstack Road and Crest Hill Road.
A weekend doesn’t go by that I don’t have three to seven “rice rockets” passing me and two other cars on the Fodderstack. I don’t dare bicycle on Crest Hill on the weekend and I’m afraid to take my children bicycling on the Fodderstack on the weekend.
These people come out here with flagrant disregard for the speed limits and our safety. It’s only a matter of time before there’s an accident in which an innocent ia killed or a confrontation.
I’ve taken to riding the middle of the Fodderstack when I see them racing up behind me so that they can’t pass. I see no reason to extend these
