Mundell Lowe, celebrated jazz guitarist, is coming from California Saturday, Oct. 2 to give a concert at The Theatre at Washington. He will be joined by two favorites of the Theatre's audience— Chuck Redd on vibes and drums and Tommy Cecil on bass.
