Song Camp
Oct. 29-31 (Songwriting Camp). A Friday evening public concert and Saturday and Sunday workshops led by Paul Reisler, composer and songwriter and creator of Kid-Pan Alley, who currently is working on a full-length piece for the Nashville Symphony with a libretto by Tbm Paxton.
Guest artists appearing at the October workshops include John Vezner, Billy Jonas, and Julie Portman. Reisler’s songwriting workshops are a unique, curriculum-based music enrichment program developed in Rappahannock County and taken around the country where over 10,000 children have participated.
Annual Ki benefit
Ki Theatre’s annual benefit wifi be held April 30 with a Sushi dinner and a private concert by a noted performer.
