Cheri Woodard, of Faith Mountain Herbs and Antiques, and Candy Coombs, of Washington’s Country Store, will travel across the county to set up their wares at the Middleburg Christmas Shop Oct. 11-13.
Dee Dee Grant, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Eldred of Washington, and Susan Dennis, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bob Dennis of Flint Hill, will be cast with the 4-H performing arts group in a musical program “Holiday in Music” at the Virginia State Fair in Richmond.
Robert M. Miller of Woodville has been appointed Trust Officer of The Peoples National Bank.
The Flint. Hill Bridge Club met Monday evening at the home of Mrs. LJB. Burford. Prizes were won by Mrs. John Browning, Mrs. BJ. Wood, Mrs. Mary Latham, and Miss Jean Lillard.
