The Rappahannock County Department of Social Services is continuing its annual tradition of collecting food and monetary donations to assist families in need during the holiday season.
Trinity Episcopal Church is assisting the department with its annual turkey drive. An anonymous donor will provide the fixings for turkeys received by Nov. 18. All donations are used to aid families in need and senior citizens.
Today is Veterans’ Day. Let’s take a few minutes out of our busy schedules and give tribute to those servicemen and women.
