The Headwaters' program is the second in this year’s series of Global Spotlights presentations, with a third event, featuring Haiti, scheduled for March. , Headwaters, the Rappahannock County Public Edu- • cation Foundation, is working with the Rappahannock County Public Schools to continue to bring international knowledge and expertise to county students and residents through this program which began in 2002.

Plan to arrive at the Rappahannock County High School band room at 7 p.m. for refreshments. Cecere’s lecture will start at 7:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
