A good voter turnout in Tuesday’s election returned incumbent WA. Buntin as Sheriff of Rappahannock County and sent Douglas Baumgardner and Merle Scoggin to the courthouse as commonwealth attorney and commissioner of revenue, respectively.
There will be one new face on the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors as challenger Hubert Gilkey beat out incumbent Edwin “Butch” Eastham for the seat from Wakefield District.
