over 50 percent of Catholics voted for President Bush. Apparently those voters did not let their political party line interfere with their religious beliefs.
I voted at the Amissville Fire Hall and I witnessed two examples of what I think this year’s presidential campaign exemplified. As I approached the entrance of the polling place a Kerry supporter offered me a “sample ballot.” Amusingly enough, the “sample ballot” was already filled out to favor Kerry.
