The Rappahannock General District Courtroom had many curious onlookers in the April 12 session, several commenting that they were concerned citizens.
Their concern stemmed from a charge of indecent exposure by an officer of the court, David L. Konick.
Konick, who defended himself in the Class 1 misdemeanor case, faced the Honorable Thomas G. Underwood, who agreed to the terms set by special prosecutor Jack Hennesey, commonwealth’s attorney for Luray, Va.
“Your Honor, the Commonwealth requests that this case be continued for six months from today and that Mr. Konick be bonded to keep the peace, maintain g xxi behavior and to stay away from the victim,” Hennesey pleaded.
