Charlotte Henderson, 62, of Amiss ville was charged with failure to yield the right-ofway on April 4 when she ran a stop sign at Massies Comer in a 1994 Ford Econoline Van, striking Crystal Danielle North, 17, of Huntly.
North was driving a 1992 Honda Prelude which was totalled in the accident.
Both Henderson and North were transported to Fauquier Hospital, treated and released.

The Rappahannock County Sheriff’s Department responded to two calls from the v^uicke Mart on Route 211, Washington on Wednesday, April 6 when patrons who had pumped gasoline into their vehicles drove off, not paying for their purchases.
