Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday. May 2, 2005 at 7:00 PM in the Courthouse in Washington. Virginia in order to consider the following application: SE #05-03-03 Tony L. and Kelley E. Williams desire a Special Exception permit for a private sewerage treatment facility to serve an existing lot for single-family residential use. Property is located in Chester Gap on Tax Map 1 FI, Parcels 2 and 3. zoned ‘VR - Village Residential, Wakefield District. Use allowed under Section 170-36C of the Rappahannock County Code.
