for Nia, Yoga and
Synergy Dance
Monday and Wednesday: 5:30 Nia; 7:00 yoga with the following exceptions. There will be no classes on Monday, July 11, Wednesday, July 13 and Monday, July 18.
There will be Sunday evening yoga classes at 7:00 on July 10, 24 and 31.
Thursday evening's Synergy Dance will be "a la carte" this summer. Drop in when you are in town for $15 or sign up for four classes in July and four classes in August for $48 each series. The time is still 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Call Virginie for more information on Synergy Dance at (540) 937-5609.

A visit with Father Patrick recently from Kenya at Central Coffee Roasters.
Ann Georgia McCaffray would like to invite Rappahannock friends and community to stop in and meet Father Patrick Wanakuta Baraza on August 1 at 7 p.m. at Central Coffee, Sperryville. A native of Kenya and member of the Bukusu tribe, Father Baraza is a traditional African healer a tribal elder and storyteller, a Catholic priest, and a scholar of Islam.

The Old Dominion Hounds Pony Club is organizing a series of Friday evening dressage schooling shows this summer at Windsor Lodge Farm, Flint Hill , August 12. The show will run from 4 p.m to dusk, with food available on the show grounds. Series championship to be awarded.
