YAS Middle School Supervisor

Loudoun County Government has 30 Positions available during the school year with the Youth After School (YAS) program at various middle school sites in Loudoun County. Work schedule is Monday - Friday, 2:30-6:30 p.m., plus time for planning, preparation, and meetings, according to the school calendar. Duties include supervision, organization, and management of after school activities for adolescents in grades 6-8. Staff supervision also included. Requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field. Virginia State Licensing requires at least six months experience supervising children during recreational or educational activities. One year programmatic experience preferred. Valid driver’s license preferred. Must have certification in First Aid, CPR for adult, infant and child and TB test prior to beginning work. Successful candidate will undergo criminal background and CPS check.
