In execution of a certain deed of trust dated October 9, 2003, and recorded on October 15, 2003 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court for the Rappahannock County, Virginia , AS INSTRUMENT #030002524, from the Original Borrower(s) to Douglas K. Baumgardner and Michael T.
