Attention former clients of RappahannockRapidan Community services Board and Area Agency on Aging (RRCSB-AAA) Behavioral Healthcare of RappahannockRapidan (formerly including Family Guidance Services of Culpepper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange, and Rappahannock) and Boxwood Treatment Center.
RRCSB-AAA intends to destroy clinical records of former clients who have not received sen/ices from RRCSB-AAA in the past ten (10) years (specifically, cases which closed between January and December 1993).
