I continued to be amazed at the emails and phone calls from people who read the Rappahannock News on the internet, or who lived here at one time and still subscribe. This week, two nice emails arrived. The first was from California and from a lady who used to live in the Viewtown area. That was Margaret Abramowitz, and she lived here for several years in the mid 1970s. She liked the article about the whippoorwills and said they used to listen to them in the evening.
