Excellent career opportunity for a selfstarter with expanding local newspaper group, Times Community Newspapers. Candidate will combine energy and enthusiasm with a “sell” mentality to pursue and build recruitment advertising for display and classified sections of all TCN properties.

This professional must have 3 to 5 years sales experience, possess strong communication skills, have a keen sense of customer service, and be able to multi-task. Direct report is to the Classified Manager. Position offers salary, commission incentives, 401K, and health benefits.

Times Community Newspapers is looking for a driven, focused and energetic individual to become part of their sales teams. This person will develop a full understanding of the company, its office and field system operations, advertising sales, and knowledge of ad production procedures. Upon completion of training, they should be able to demonstrate how to organize sales materials and present them in a professional manner.

The ideal candidate will also build up the ability to understand a client's need, manage customer expectations, and design advertising programs. This go-getter must be highly organized, detail oriented, dependable and possess strong customer service skills.
