Several members of the Planning Commission stated that they regretted not being able to recommend the application for approval.

But if I got a great horse that my neighbor doesn't want to buy, I can’t sell it If it were just a better site . . .” said Chairman Strittmatter. “We’ve been looking for a location in Rappahannock for years,” responded a tearful Glier.
