Milton Henry Dodson, 74 of Manassas, VA died Jan. 12, 2009 at Prince William Hospital. He was bom July 31,1935 in Rappahannock County, VA a son of the late Milton Henry Dodson, Sr. and Vennie Florence Clarke. He was preceded in death by his siblings- Mary Frances Gentry, Annie D. Jenkins, William B. Dodson and Barbara D. Berry. Mr. Dodson was retired'from the Virginia Department of Transportation after 30 years of service. He is survived by his wife of fifteen years- Florence H. Dodson; four sisters- Lucille D. Atkins, Culpeper, VA, Lillian D. Jenkins, Boston, VA, Betty D. Keys and Shirley D. Dodson, both of Sperryville, VA; one brother- John R. Dodson, Catlett, VA; numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Moser Funeral Home, Warrenton, VA on Friday, Jan. 16, 2009 from 10:00 AM until the funeral service begins at 11:00 AM. Rev. Michael Dodson will officiate. Interment at Fairview Cemetery, Culpeper, VA. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 1095, Warrenton, VA 20188.
