RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, VIRGINIA
Pursuant to Section 170-129 and 170-134 of the Rappahannock County Code, and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 2, 2009 at 7:00PM in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following application:
R2 08-12-02 Commercial Yates, LLC, by Dan Clark, Agent, desires to rezone, from General Commercial to Agricultural, a portion of the property (6.8916 acres after boundary adjustment) designated as Tax Map 28, Parcel 52H, Hampton District. The proposed use is for a single-family dwelling. The property Is located on Clark Lane, Washington, Virginia, and was subject of a previous rezoning from Agricultural to General Commercial (RZ 93-06-03).
A copy of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection, Monday through Fnday, 8:30AM to 4:30PM. Said application will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission ai their regular meeting on Wednesday, January 21, 2009 at 7:30PM at the Rappahannock County Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any.
