Stable tour
The 50th annual Hunt Country Stable Tour, sponsored by Trinity Episcopal Church in Upperville, is on Saturday, May 23 and Sunday, May 24 from 10 am, to 5 p.m. The church is located at 9114 JohnS. Mosby Hwy, Upperville. It is a self-driven tour that includes more than 14 stops at prestigious stables and equine facilities. The tour is a chance to see horses up close and talk to top stable managers and trainers. Exquisite stables, carriage houses, and equestrian training facilities as well as Civil War battle sites are all part of the tour. Admission is $20/person in advance until May 16, $25/person after May 16 and at the gate. Children under 12 are free. Advance tickets for groups of 10 or more are $18/person.
