The Smithsonian at Little Washington chamber music series brings to the Theatre at Washington. Virginia another concert by •Johann Sebastian Bach on Sunday, Jan. 25 at 3 p.m.
This is the third in a series of four concerts, two of which were performed during the Theatre’s fall season, with the fourth scheduled for this spring. Each concert includes the ‘‘obbligato keyboard” and, in this third concert, Kenneth Slowik will play the harpsichord and Marilyn McDonald the violin.
Slowik is a much-recorded and highly acclaimed instrumentalist and conductor as well as the artistic director of the Smithsonian Chamber Players, and an authority on music of the Baroque era.
