Interested in creating beautiful designs with flowers? Classes on "Basic Flower Arranging" will be offered this winter on Wednesdays by the Rappahannock County Garden Club beginning Jan. 28. The classes, taught by Linda Taylor, will be held every Wednesday through March 11 at the Trinity Episcopal Church Parish Hall, 11 a.m. Designs will be simple, and experience is not necessary.
