The model, Peter MacMurray said, is a local hangout but “also a commuter gourmet shop. I want to include everybody, from local farmers that rely on us for fuel and sandwiches, last-minute grocery items and gossip, to the bikers that travel through here every weekend.”
The grill will be open all day serving breakfast and lunch, with home-made soups, sandwiches and burgers, and is also available for light dinners until the homecooked dinner service begins.
Bakery items will always be available, along with basic grocery items, pet foods, overthe-counter medicines. Gas and diesel will be available soon, and applications for the liquor licenses have been made.
