PUBLIC HEARING ANNOUNCEMENT The Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board and Area Agency on Aging (RRCSB AAA) servesr-^ulpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange, and Rappahannock Counties In its Area Plan, the RRCSBAAA provides services paid for by the Older Americans Act These services include Congregate Meals, Home-Delivered Meals, Homemaker Services, Elder Abuse Prevention, Disease Prevention and Health Promotion, Legal Services. Transportation Services, Volunteer Services, Information and Assistance Services, Public Information and Education, and Emergency Services, Any qualified vendor interested in submitting a proposal on the provision of any of the above services should contact the Executive Director, RRCSB AAA, PO Box 1568, Culpeper VA 22701, in writing by July 31,2009 asking to be placed on the bidder s list for the specific service in which interest is indicated.
The RRCSB AAA invites interested parties to a Public Hearing scheduled for June 23, 2009 at 11:30 a m at its mam offices at 15361 Bradford Road in Culpeper During this time general information about its Area Plan for Aging Services and services provided under its Fiscal 2010 Performance Contract with the Department of Mental Health.
