In a disappointing home basketball game Monday against Wakefield School located in The Plains, Va., the Rappahannock County High School varsity Lady Panthers lost by 21 points with a score of 32-53. .
With some foul troubles, turnovers and a hard fight against frequent man-to-man defense, the Ladies are trying to put this defeat behind them and press on to earn a victory this week. The day after the game, a few players offered their thoughts on Monday’s contest and even speculated about the team’s future.
