New Year’s Day Brunch at The Link in Sperryville, 10:30 a.m. Gourdvine String Band will regal guests with Celtic and Appalachian music and vocals. Rappahannock Resolutions starts at noon for those attending the brunch and opens to the general public at 1 p.m. Afternoon activities include Rappahannock Trivia, a magician, a fortune teller, raffles, Wagging Heart Therapy dogs and a pony. Music continues with more lively tunes for those who want to linger over coffee and sweets.
