Ann was the devoted wife of Steve Owen Critzer and the loving mother of their daughter, Parker Marie Critzer. She is also survived by her sister Karol Jo James, brother Mark Alan James and his wife Robin of Culpeper, Virginia, their sons Matthew Alan James and wife Cathy, their child Caitlyn Brook James of Madison, Virginia, and Justin Andrew James of Culpeper, Virginia. Additional relatives include many aunts, uncles and cousins. A graveside funeral service and interment will be held on Saturday, December 19, 2009 at the Washington Masonic Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. Several Pastors will be helping with prayers, psalms, and speech. Pallbearers will be her faithful and trusted employees. The family will then invite all to attend a Celebration of Ann’s life at the Reynold’s Memorial Church, at 3748 Sperryville Pike, Sperryville, Virginia. Food and drink may be dropped off at the church before the 1.00 p.m. service, with the very capable Mrs. Evelyn Willis coordinating this effort - 540-987-8172. In the past tradition very much respected and admired by Alin, the family has been entrusted with the funeral duties. There will be a grave opening by all persons interested on Friday, December 18 at 3:00 p.m. at the Washington Masonic Cemetery.
