A 27-year-old Woodville man was arrested last week and charged with felony child abuse and neglect after his two-month-old daughter apparently ingested a narcotic prescription drug and was hospitalized.
Rappahannock County Sheriff’s Office Lt. J.C. Welch said Thomas Lee III was arrested last Thursday. On Tuesday, General District Court Judge Charles B. Foley ordered Lee held without bond pending arraignment. —Sheriffs
