The morning of Dec. 4 brought the recording of another conservation easement in Rappahannock County — this one a gift from Christopher and Barbara Wall to the Land Trust of Virginia.
The Walls’ donation brings overall conservation easement protection in Rappahannock to 28,104 acres — which is 20.6 percent of all private land in the county.
