The members of the Future Homemakers Club at RCHS have made stuffed toys which will be given to patients in the children's wards at the University of Virginia Hospital for Christmas. The toys were delivered to the hospital by Charlotte Printz, Martha Lou O’Bannon, Miss Jane Coleipan, Home Ec instructor. Pasty Payne and Brenda Jeff. More than 30 club members helped with the project.
The Rappahannock Lions Club honored its ladies with the annual Ladies Night dinner meeting last Wednesday Additional guests joined the group Among those present were Mrs. F. S. Boze, Dennis Wingfield, Mrs. Wingfield and Mr. And Mrs. Buddy Brown.
Ten girls of the Rappahannock Cadettes completed their First Aid Badge under the instruction of Eddie Clark of Flint Hill.
