The choice to relocate to Amisaville was an impulsive one Mirabeiia, 50. and her family moved to the area m midSeptember, motivated by the opportunity for her 13-year-old son. Elliot, to attend Belle Meade School in Sperryvule ■ “We came out to visit the school, and two weeks later we moved," she says. *It s a farm school, and my son loved the idea of being able to go out during the school day and work the farm. Mirabeiia still maintains her office in Alexandria but has consolidated her office hours sc she's only; seeing tndhrktual clients three da vs a week. She also does a lot of coaching over the phone

“I'm hoping to get a chentekout here as well." she says. Tve started to network and meet with other health and wellness practitioners in the area *

In addition to the counseling sessions. she’s also developed some 20 courses that she oners as corporate w ellness programs, on subjects that range horn how to handle sugar cravings to eating healthy on the run “I love being m front of a classroom, because you can effect change in a bigger way." says Mirabeiia
