vs. JAMES O. WIMBERLEY.
Defendant.
The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce, a mensa et thoro, upon the grounds of desertion.
And an affidavit having been made and filed that the defendant, James O. Wimherley is not a resident of the State of Virginia, it is ordered that the sail lames O. Wimherley do appear within ten days after due publication hereof, and do what.’may be necessary to protect his interests in this suit. And it is f rther ordered that a copy hereof be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published at Washington, in Rappahannock County, Virginia, tent, a copy be ’posted at the ‘front door of the Courthouse of thjs County within ten (19) days after it was entered, and that the Clerk mail a copy hereof to the said defendant to the post office address* given in the affidavit filed herein, and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this. case.
