Demonstrations throughout the county will he held by the agent, in the next, two months. Women will he invited to these meetinps to learn how to sand, so, they will po home and be able to do their own floors.
Amissville H.D. Club was very interested in learning how to cane chairs, so, an all day meeting was held at the home of Mrs. Les Walters March 30, to teach the vwomen this process. Three chairs were practically completed at this meeting. More chairs planned to ■be completed in the near future.
MRS. DeBERGH HOSTESS TO BRIDGE CLUB
Mrs. Elizabeth DeBergh entertained the bridge club which met at her home Wednesday evening.
Mrs. T. C. Lea won the high score prize, Mrs. C. T. Bruce the traveling, Mrs. George H. Davis, Jr., the consolation and the bingo prize was received by Mrs. R. L. Massie.
Others playing were Mrs. 'J. E. Keyser, Mrs. W. P. Moffett, Mrs. J. W. Price, and Mrs. B. M. MOler.
