Defendants. The object of the above entitled suit, pending in the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, in the State of Virginia, is to secure for. the Plaintiffs a judgfnent against the Defendants on account of a certain promisory note and breach-of contract to give a lien on a certain automobile and to attach such real and personal e-tate of said Defend:v>av
h? necessary to satisfy the claim of the Plaintiffs plus the costs of said proceedings, the amount so ght to he recove’-ed being $1,327.67 plus costs; and"the real “property" trf ~ defendants sought to he attached is generally known as 100 acres more or less of farm land, approximately one mile west of the Town of Amissville, Jackson Magisterial Dictrict, Rappahannock Countv, Virginia, sometimes called “Im Dal” or “Im Dahl”, with a large farm house thereon containing at least six rooms, bate and pantry, all of which is more fully described in Deed Book 46, Page 233, of the Land Records of Rappahannock County, Virginia.
And, an affidavit having been duly filed that the defendants are non-residents of this state and that their last known post office add'ess is Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and it appearing that service upon said Defendants cannot he had in Mrs state, it is ordered that the -abl Defendants do appear, within ten days after due publication of >’ is order, and do what is necessary to protect their interests.
And. it is ordered that this order he ‘published once a week' for four succe-sive weeks in the Rapr pahannoek News, a newspaper of general circulation, published in Washington, Virginia, and he posted at the front door of the Court House of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County at Washington, Virginia, and that the Clerk mail a copy to the said Defendants, namely, Richard M. Parker and Marjorie D. Parker, addressed to the post office given in said affidavit and above mentioned.
