Mr. and Mrs. Earl Baker of Luray were Sunday dinner guests of Mrs. Della Partlow. Mrs. Arthur Vaughan and grandson, Charles Walsh ^r. of Stafford were guests of Mrs. Vaughan’s mother, Mrs. Della Partlow for several days last week.
Mr. and Mrs. T. C. Lea attended the Washington & Lee-Virginia Tech football game in Roanoke on Saturday and were week-end guests of Mr. Lea’s brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Seaman of Roeland.

Turner, and family, John and Carolyn Gates attended the Virginia-Duke football game in Charlottesville Saturday. Donald L. Groseclose, Agricultural Instructor, has been substituting for D. D. Miller, Veterans Instructor, for the past two weeks. Mr. Miller has been on vacation.
