School Lunches. We twill enlarge the school lunch program which has done so much for millions of American school children and charitable institutions while at the same time benefiting producers.
Day Care Facilities. Since several million mothers must now be away from their children during the day because they are engaged in defense work, facilitits for adequate day care of these children should be provided and adequately financed. *
Children of Migratory Workers. The Nation, as a whole has a responsibility to support health, educational and welfare services for the children of agricultural migratory workers who are now almost entirely without such services while their parents are engaged in producing essential crops.
