Order of Publication To Gideon Wilson, if alive, and if dead to his personal representatives, devises, heirs at law and assigns, whose names and whereabouts are unknown and who are proceeded against in this case a3 parties unknown.

Take notice that the undersigned, Edmund Burke, will on the 14th day of November, 1952, at the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in the Town of Washington, Virginia, apply to James M. Settle, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, for a deed conveying to me a certain parcel of real estate, containing 122.72 acres, located in Stonewall Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Va., which was sold by the Treasurer of Rappahannock County, Virginia, at auction on the 19th day of March, 1949, for delinquent taxes for the year 1946, assessed in the name of Gideon Wilson and was purchased by Edmund Burke. Sale confirmed by order of Court on May 12, 1952. Any one having the right to redeem this land may redeem it ai any time before the execution of a deed by the Clerk, by the payment to the Clerk of the necessary amount due on said land for taxes, interest, penalties and cost of sale.
