As the present administration continues to control the American people whether by' bonuses, controls or deceptive*, the more difficult becomes the future emancipation of the American people themselves.
Have we American, Virginian, Rappahannock people ceased to think for ourselves? Have we ceased to think of that which is good for our country? It tends to decrease one's faith in the American man when he admits he is for the administration, thought of the national economic who “does the most for me,” with no poverty which lies behind his personal prosperity.
As surely as one's personal debts will overtake him, so surely will the same national bankruptcy overtake the excessive spending of our present government.
