Funds are sought to build 8 new Boy Scout Camps on a 4,000 acre tract near Goshen, Va. The shortage, of camps has forced the Scout Council to turn away increasing num bers of would-be-campers each year. There is an immediate need for 5 times the camping space and facilities the council now has. The Scouting membership has increased three-fold in the past 10 years and will continue to spiral.
