That 4-H Club work is a stepping stone to the future is evident in the lives of four Virginia youths who won 1963 state honors in diverse projects. Two are winners in the 4-H public speaking program. They i are Betty Anne Moore, 19, Lexington, and Stephen Whitt, Burcher Road, Newport News. Becky Douglas, 408 Union St., Salem, was state foods-nutrition award winner. Nina Huffman of Fincastle won canning honors.
