Miss Lottie Printz entered George Washington University Hospital in Washington, D. C. Tuesday of last week where she remains a patient. Mrs. John Moore was the week-end guest of her daughter Mrs. Mary-Krause. Miss Kim Gibss of Front Royal spent last week-end with her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Atkins. The Women’s Auxiliary to the Flint Hill .Fire Company met Monday of last week at the Fire House. In addition to other business, plans were made for the Firemen's Banquet to be held on March 10. Mr. and Mrs. Paul Nichols and family spent the weekend at the home of Mrs. Nichols parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Golladay in Woodstock. On Sunday afternoon Mr. and Mrs. Golladay were honored by a tea, celebrating their golden wedding anniversary. Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Foster were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Gavox Foster. That evening the Herbert Fosters visited Mrs. Foster’s sister Mrs. Luther Barron of Orlean who is a patient in Warren Memorial HospitaL The Rev. and Mrs. M. C. Cook and daughter Linda of Berryville were Saturday guests of Capt. and Mrs. J. P. Cook and attended the covered dish supper Saturday night at the Fire House.
