Chronic cough and shortness of breath - two early signs of respiratory trouble - will cornerstone Virginia’s campaign against RD(respiratory disease) next month. February, notable for runny noses, was selected as RD Month by the Virginia Tuberculosis and Respiratory Disease Association last fall. Forty-two members of the Board of Directors and Medical Advisory Committee of the local affiliate, the Tuberculosis and Health Association of Northern Virginia, have farmed a Speaker’s Bureau and offer to give a five-minute talk to any of the organizations in the county desiring it.
