AH of that certain tract or parcel-of land, with build* lags and other improvements thereon, containing 49 acres UKMre or less, situated on State Highway Bouts 281, at Etlan, in Robertson Magisterial District, Madison Cindy, Virginia, bounded by the lands of Everett and Jack Yewell, Madison W. Weakley and others; and being the seam real estate conveyed to Paul Nicholson by F. W. Bennett et ala, by deed dated March 17, 1954 and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 78, page 1, lass and except two certain conveyances to Everett Hals Yewell and to Joel Byrd Yowell by deeds dated April 4, 1954 and November 19, 1954 and recorded in the aforesaid Clack's Office in Deed Book 73, page 41 and Dead Bask 72, page 444, respectively.
This real estate has located thereon a dwelling, an orchard, and a packing house, and is described as Tract Ns. 3 in the aforementioned deed of trust.
