Mr. and Mrs. George Jenkins and son Kenneth of Culpeper were Sunday afternoon guests of Mr. and Mrs. John Jenkins. Ernest Dodson who has been quite ill at his home in Nethers Mill was brought on Tuesday to the home of his daughter Mrs. Brew Burke where he will, stay until spring. Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Burke were Miss Peggy Burke and Clyde Dodson of Silver Sprint Md. Mrs. J. B. Burke and daughter Faye left Sunday for Arlington where they will stay thru Tuesday as the guests of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Butler and daughter. Miss Burke plans to visit Strayer Business College and make preparations to ehter after graduation nexsJune. ' Wednesday guests of Mrs. Tom Thornhill and Mrs. Lucy Thornhill were Mrs. Cary Thornhill, Mrs. George Butler and Miss Melanie Thornhill. Mrs. Eartha Hawkins and Mr. and Mrs. Joe Hawkins and daughter Linda and Sharon were Saturday guest s of Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Weaver. Mrs. Joyce Bennett and children of Alexandria are spending a few days with her parents Mr. and Mrs. Edmund Burke. Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Ireland were hosts for the week-end to Leroy White of Fork Union Walter Haney of Palmyra ana Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Shlves of Bumpass. They were here to attend the Board Meeting of the Virginia Foxhunters Association held Saturday night at Warren's Restaurant in Culpeper. There were thirty two in attendance.
