Bible School Planned At Slate Mills
June 14 has been set as the opening day of the Slate Mills Baptist Church Vacation Bible School. Plans are made for five age groups, each having one teacher and one helper. Mrs. Dott Bryan, wife of the pastor, will be the superintendent.
Plans are being made to take the Bible School students on a trip to the Washington Zoo in Rock Creek Park some time during the week. All those who would like to attend the school and need transportation may notify Mrs Lanell Wilbur or Mrs. Iris Brooke, 825-4187 giving name of the child and where he lives.
