Twenty-four Virginians lost their lives last year in accidents involving farm tractors. For the entire nation, the toll amounted to 894. There is one group in the Old Dominion, however, that has a good safety record with tractors--the youngsters enrolled in the 4-H Tractor Program. W. A.
