Flint Hill Rescue Squad on Saturday took Amanda Champ :rom home in Flint Hill to Warren Memorial Hospital. On Sunday Maggie Grigsby was taken from lome in Rock Mills to the University of Virginia. Sperryville Rescue Squad took Mrs. Joan Broyles from home of Bettie Grigsby to the Culpeper Memorial Hospital on Sunday morning. Also on Sunday morning Mrs. Della Howard was brought from Culpeper Hospital to her home in Sperryville. October 21 Amissville Fire Company responded to a dump lire on the highway west of Amissville twice. Amissville Rescue Squad took Mrs. Joe Woodward to Culpeper Memorial Hospital October 22. The following day two victims were taken from a wreck in Amissville to Fauquier Hospital They were Rodney Johnson and Tommy Frazier. October 25 Mrs. Maggie Grigsby was taken from Rock Mills to Dr. Quaintance’s office in Culpeper and returned home. Rappahannock Rescue Unit also responded to this call but high water prevented them from completing it.
Rappahannock Rescue Squad took Mrs. Bertha Armel from home to Fauquier Hospital, Warrenton on October 25. The next day Silas J. Wallace was taker from his home in Woodville tc Culpeper Memorial Hospital.
